If you are looking for meditation classes to join, you’ve found your place!
With years of experience in meditation and also guiding meditation classes, our qualified instructors will guide you throughout the meditation classes here at Dublin Meditation.
How It Works
1. Class Structure
Our classes last for 1 hour, and you can attend our meditation classes online via zoom. (*We are currently preparing to open a physical centre soon in Dublin, and then you can attend in centre as well)
Most of our classes are group meditation classes, so the class begins with brief greeting, followed by few minutes of meditation video on various topics to bring you into the meditation. Then, our instructors will give a short talk, bringing your mind to the right place for meditation.
The actual guided meditation will then begin, which takes place for around 45 minutes. The instructors will bring the session to an end by reading a short passage from a meditation book.
2. How To Attend
Our members have unlimited access to all our meditation classes on the schedule below. We will introduce you to a simple booking app that allows you to book to come to any classes you want up to 2 weeks in advance and 1 hr prior to the class.
3. Class Levels
Our meditation classes are beginner friendly, and are also perfect for those who have been meditating already but would like to take it to next level or looking for some guidance and structure!
We have 8 levels in this meditation, each practicing with different method. But in group meditation classes, all levels of meditators come together and meditate. So prior to joining the group meditation class, the instructor will have a 1 to 1 class with you to introduce the method and practice it with you, until you feel confident to join the group meditation classes.
